I often compose music in tandem with my writing, to produce a literary soundtrack, the better to explicate the themes, moods and characters. Such exercises are primarily for my own benefit, and I abstain from posting most of the fruits thereof, as they are generally of a mediocre quality (as the lion’s share of most artist’s output is), but I was quite pleased with the following dream-like piece. Perhaps it will amuse you as well.
